Roles and Responsibilities :

Confer with Business Analyst(s), SME's to obtain requirements information.
Understand the requirements provided in the Acceptance Criteria, systematically
review the needs of environment, design.

Will need to have experience with Policy Center and Digital portals to be able to enter polices and trigger different transactions that generate document output. Including the policy issuance, policy changes, generate invoices, cancel policies.

They should alsohave experience with comparing output results.

The QA staff will also be expected to write test cases, create bugs, and other baseline QA functional responsibilities.
Should be able to create test scenarios, test cases based on forms inference logics.
He/she should be able replicate expected production data intended for functional,
load and end-to -end user testing.
Should be able to identify regression test cases based on impacts to the systemif any changes are made to print requirements.
Should be able to validate data in the payloads if mismatch is found with the outputs to expedite debugging process.
