2. Great presentation skills.
3. Great attitude and flexible work hours.
4. Overall 7-8 years experience.
5. Minimum 5 years hard core experience in reporting
.6. Good advanced excel skills.
7. Understanding of Tableau tool
8. Understanding of ITIL
9. Understanding of SLA's.
10. Comfortable with working fast on ITSM platforms like SNOW, Remedy etc. Preferably SNOW.
