In this role you will help us: Support all VDI s and Users supported by a global team. This includes but is not limited to: Citrix XenDesktop 7x & 2203, Citrix XenApp 7x & 2203, Citrix Store Front, Vmware vSphere, Flashstack HW, Wyse Thin Client devices. Experience in administering and supporting Citrix XenDesktop 7x, Citrix XenApp 7x, Citrix Store Front, Citrix Netscalers, VMware, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Deployments Monitoring of Citrix/VDI environment and respond to incidents/tickets. Perform Tier 1/1.5 incident management to meet SLA/OLA. Join MIM calls for incident resolution. Respond to and fulfill service requests. Create and perform routine Level changes (editing desktop pools, creating new desktop pools, and publishing new applications). Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with maintenance plans. Work across departments to make sure requirements are understood to ensure successful solutions. Work with Vendors to report and resolve issues. Maintain and keep current systems related documentation. Skills required to contribute: We re looking for someone with: - Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - At least 7 years of experience in IT field, 3 of which would be Infrastructure and Citrix / Virtualization focus. Experience in administering and supporting Citrix XenDesktop 7x, Citrix XenApp 7x, Citrix Store Front, Citrix Netscalers, VMware, Flashstack, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Deployments. Must know basic AD skills. Must know basic Windows server 2012, 2016 administration skills. Developing automation scripts using PowerShell - a Plus Troubleshooting of VMware ESXi environment - a plus Support multiple VDI and Desktop deployment/Management within Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop environment - a plus Wire and wireless networking technologies, topologies, and basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, Subnets, and VLANS.
