Job Summary

Description At least 12-15 years experience working in IT service management. Must have performed Incident Manager role of at least 5+ years. Strong knowledge of IT service management software including ITIL and ITSM tools. Must be ITIL certified. Strong knowledge and experience in Problem Management Experience in ITSM process Consulting / Implementation, using ITIL, ISO20K (at least 3 years) Experience in ITSM Tool Consulting (ServiceNow/ Remedy/ JIRA) (at least 3 Years) Experience in Lean/ Six Sigma (at least 2 years) ITIL Advanced certified Certification in Lean/ Six Sigma Critical thinking, Analytical and Problem-solving skills Experienced in SRE, Agile, DevOps Hands on experience on AMS activities i.e., data analysis, proposal writing, solutioning Domain knowledge of BFSI is preferred Very good communication skills. Ability to drive different team through incident resolution process Ability and experience in creating and driving creation RCA documentation Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team-building, organization, negotiation, conflict management Strong sense of ownership and drive to follow tasks through to completion Customer-focused
