Senior Lead Engineer - Automation Job in Zeomega

Position Summary

Senior Lead Engineer - Automation experienced in Peformance testingtool with 8+ Years of relevant experience. The successful candidate must be excited about quality, able to function independently, and willing to work in other areas of Quality Assurance as necessary. Experience working with Agile development methodology is a plus.

Previous solid testing experience and understanding of Best Practices and principles of testing are required for this position.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should have strong knowledge of performance testing practices and tools (Apache JMeter Or Any open source tool)
Experience of setting up a performance testing environment.
Should have performance testing experience of client server and web-based applications, Database Servers and Networks.
Should have good experience and understanding of performance monitoring & diagnostic tools, physical architectural elements of complex systems.
Should have working knowledge on SQL queries.
Need to have knowledge of scripting in Python, VBScript, etc...
Need to have experience of manual testing of Web applications.
Good attention to detail to ensure tests are facts and processes are accurate.
Essential - Good knowledge of work experience with Test Plan & SDLC.
Strong test analysis, execution skills. Ability to derive test scenarios, cases and scripts for both functional and non-functional requirements.
Should have experience in evaluating the system in terms of non-functional attributes, e.g. performance and reliability
Should have experience in preparing performance test reports and presentation.
Should have good communication and mentoring skills.
Experienced working in a onshore/offshore environment with a flexible and adaptable working style to work with aggressive project schedules.
Assign, delegate and track the tasks of the team members and other test management tasks
