Job Summary

Responsibilities:

    • Designing and developing enhancements on new and existing applications using Node.js.
    • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
    • Managing interchange of data between servers and users.
    • Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.
    • Ensuring high performance of the product.
    • Implementing security and data protection protocols.
    • Serving as the team s subject matter expert on Node.js frameworks.
    • Collaborating with team members to create, publish, and maintain product.
    • Ensuring adequate backup of database and perform recovery duties as needed.

Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum: 4+ years of experience in Node.js and available frameworks such as Express.
    • Strong working knowledge of Node.js, Unity, JavaScript, XML, HTML, ASP.Net and various NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
    • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools, including working knowledge of front-end technologies.
    • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and API Communications.
    • Working Knowledge with Workflow Automations Such as Gulp or Grunt.
    • Ability to independently analyze the issues and debug as needed.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability and willingness to train and/or mentor teammates as needed.

Education:

    • Bachelors or Masters from premier Institutes preferred.
    • Experience 5+ years.
