Job Summary

Job Title: QA Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Define test methods and create test plans to ensure the software performs accurately and reliably according to documented requirements.
  • Execute test plans and generate test reports to describe program evaluation and testing results.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of the product and contribute to successful releases.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in testing processes and tools.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Automation and Manual testing with a solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively identify bugs and provide solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
  • Good knowledge of mobile and web application testing.
  • Experience working with the Agile methodology.
  • Strong development skills in Python, Java, or any other programming language.
  • Work experience with unit test frameworks or libraries (preferably Javascript/Python).
  • Expertise in software release management and deployment tools (Git, CI/CD).
  • Hands-on experience with databases, preferably SQL.
  • Experience working in a Continuous Delivery cycle and release management.
  • Working knowledge of open-source technologies and cloud services.
  • Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree from premier institutes (preferred).
