Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain integrations to support advanced data science workflows, ensuring seamless interaction with the Product API.
• Actively participate in onboarding and training clients on how to use the product effectively.
• Provide insights into client-to-business interactions, ensuring that the data can be leveraged for strategic decisions.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring both parties' needs and expectations are met.
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand their usage of the product, driving engagement and long-term value.
• Address customer complaints and requests, offering product support to improve overall satisfaction and experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data integrations and data pipelining tools to connect systems and enable smooth data flow.
• Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python or R, to process and analyze data.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, and Dask to handle large-scale data processing.
• Experience with version control software such as Git to manage code and collaborate with teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA to track and manage project progress and tasks.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma and Mixpanel is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree from premier institutes (preferred).
• 4-12 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data science, or related fields.
