Job Summary
- Overall 9-13 years of industry experience, 2+ years of strong experience managing software projects right from inception to launch seeing the full lifecycle with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of right operational metrics (availability, latency, scale, etc.) to build for validating the effectiveness of the product addressing customer needs.
- Experience working with tools to manage schedule, cost and risks of ongoing projects and provide reports to management.
- Excellent people management skills, demonstrated ability to hire, grow and retain top talent. Build and foster a growth mindset culture in the team.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to lead by example and results-driven.
- Ability to think and see the big picture while focused on short term goals and deliverables.
