Job Summary

Company Profile and Responsibilities

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Actively manage lead generation, deal pipelines, client presentations, reviews, negotiation, and conversion.
    • Own and produce content generation material for proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals (in sync with designers), and pitches. Proactively make outbound calls/emails prospecting for business partnerships and record every activity in CRM.
    • Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effort. Support in the development of long term, mutually beneficial relationships with senior executives of current and prospective partners
    • Evaluate and execute negotiations of key strategic partnerships and opportunities across the region, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses, opportunity sizing, and resource prioritization.
    • Evaluate new deal archetypes/constructs which can be scaled across regions and drive non-linear impact to the business. Experiment, learn new pricing strategies and create a region expansion playbook to help scale cityscape to other regions across the country.

Requirements

    • Graduate/MBA in any discipline from a recognized Institute.
    • 2+yrs of Experience in Apparel Sales
    • Go-getter, demonstrated ability to establish sales networks.
    • Highly competent on execution and Inter-personal skills of high caliber.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing landscape.
    • Ability to influence and inspire teams.
    • Personable and empathetic
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales targets through comprehensive plans.
    • Ability to understand market dynamics and use it to build & deliver on business strategy.
    • Ability to execute plans in the market and deliver on set KPIs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good relationship building, negotiation skills and listening skills.
    • Demonstrated people leadership capabilities and high quality execution.
