Key role elements & Accountabilities:
Establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Deliver on the volume & value targets, distribution goals, productivity etc
Business plan on achieving & increasing sales
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your distributor base
Training & building capabilities of the field force in the region
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Developing sales strategies for the entire region
Collecting customer feedback and keeping up to date with competitive intelligence
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in any discipline from a recognized Institute.
10-15 years in an Apparel/Textile Company in sales, should have good knowledge & experience of having worked in the states of the region, of which atleast 7 years in a managerial position
