Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Brief & Responsibilities:
As a senior Product Manager, you will own Zetwerk s strategy, approach, and product roadmap for one of the core pods that aims to build the operating system of manufacturing. To achieve your objectives, you will lead across engineers, data scientists, design, customer ops and partner closely with business units. We have had significant growth in our company and we are looking for leaders to help us execute on long term bets to help us hyper scale our business
You will own:
• Strategy: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with stakeholders.
• Roadmap & Features: You will own the product roadmap for part of Zetwerk and be responsible for success of your pod
• Metrics: You will define the metrics, goals and measure outcomes

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience
• 3+ years of proven success in Product Management.
• Experience working with technical and research teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills to help teams deliver on time
• Ability to create an inclusive environment to help all members on your team thrive.
• Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.
• Customer oriented: Works backward from the customer and understands needs.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communicator
