What to Expect in this Role

• Conduct advanced research to develop innovative AI/ML methodologies, with a focus on DL and RL techniques.
• Design and execute experiments to validate new approaches and benchmark machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze complex datasets to discover hidden patterns that drive AI innovation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in algorithms, tools, and theoretical frameworks, exploring areas such as model interpretability and efficient deep learning training.
• Prototype and evaluate advanced models like CNNs, RNNs, and other deep learning architectures.
• Develop foundational algorithms and frameworks applicable across diverse machine learning challenges.
• Focus on enhancing model efficiency, reducing bias, and improving explainability.
• Document research methods, experiments, and theoretical contributions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Shape the team s long-term research vision and strategic goals.

Candidate Profile

• Master s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields; PhD is a strong plus.
• 8+ years of research and development experience with deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• 5+ years experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Proficient with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience contributing to invention disclosures and intellectual property processes.
• Proven publication record in leading machine learning conferences or journals.
