Roles and Responsibilities

Job Function:

• Creating job postings and emails.
• Sourcing Profiles from Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & Social Networking sites.
• Screening and shortlisting of the candidates.
• Coordination of interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• On time hiring of candidates and updating in recruitment portal.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource or Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills self-confident and enthusiastic.
• Good exposure to MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Should be super creative in their approach to hiring.
• Someone who just gets things done (no whining no complaining just action).
• Has the ability to convince prospective employees to join Ziffity.
• Should be self-disciplined and someone who takes ownership.
• Measures performance by an achievement, not activities.
• At times job will demand working over the weekend.
