Job Description

We are looking for IT Business Analysts, who are experts in both Business Administration and Information Technology. Their primary responsibilities include liaising between IT and the executive branch, improving the quality of IT services and products analyzing business needs by using business intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse and document functional requirements to the assigned projects and services as per defined business requirements.
• Prepare SRS, Flow diagram, Functional Diagram, Mockups, Wireframes etc. for assigned services and projects.
• Be the single point of contact on requirements with customers.
• Manage customer expectations on services and get the user acceptance on the delivered product.
• Preparing services collaterals such as User Guides, Help, Presentations, White Papers, blogs etc.
• Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
• Establish credibility at all levels with clients and colleagues.
• Should have good technical knowledge of Latest technologies used for Mobile app, Website.
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
• Data and systems analysis to support documentation and understanding of the current- state.
• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
• Defining and Creating test cases to get the requirement surfaced.
• Should familiar with various type of testing methodologies like Unit, UAT etc.
