JOB OVERVIEW The vision of the Globalization Excellence (GE) team at Zinnov is to continue being a leading firm in the Global Talent era by enabling companies to Transform, Innovate and Grow faster As we enable companies to leverage global talent by designing, building, and driving global centers of excellence (GCoE), the operations manager will be responsible for building a wow customer and their employee experience in terms of identifying facility build out, facility administration and operations management for Zinnov s GCoE customers JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Independently be able to manage customer stakeholder questions related to facility and operations, while keeping the project manager and concerned team in loop Drive facility build out and administration for Zinnov built Global Centers of Excellence (GCoE)s Drive IT, real-estate, facilities, office Supplies, events, goodies related procurement activities and routine management for Zinnov Clients as per requirements. Vendor Management for all operations and administrative vendors. Asset management- Ensuring assets are efficiently tracked and accounted for throughout the workflow Procurement management- Processing payments and maintaining mandatory documents, timely trackers/reports, monitor client wise costs and expenses. Develop procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes with an objective to reduce lags/task durations, reduce/remove repetition/non-productive activities, avoid escalations and delays Serve as the liaison between project managers, client single point of contact & finance teams of Zinnov. Awareness of Zinnov as well as client s policies and local regulations so as to ensure smooth functioning of work. Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative activities across all the client locations. Prepare budgets and track against actuals for all operational and administrative expenses of clients. DESIRED SKILLS Thorough knowledge of operations and admin work for corporates Familiarity with Building Management Systems and IT infrastructure Knowledge of procurement function and hands on with respect to vendor management Understanding and awareness of site engineering Good MS excel, word and power point capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of finance and cost management Highly collaborative and a strong team player
