Role Overview

At Zipgrid, each society is treated as a unique project. As a Site Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned project, working closely with the FCO Manager and project teams to ensure seamless administration and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the FCO Manager and team at the client site with daily operations.
  • Manage office administration tasks such as document filing, scanning, and submission/collection of papers from residents and offices.
  • Handle banking activities including cheque submissions, passbook updates, and statement collection.
  • Process daily receipt entries and track cheque lifecycle (undeposited and post-dated cheques).
  • Address basic resident queries and ensure regular cheque deposits.
  • Coordinate weekly virtual meetings with project teams and assist in project coordination.
  • Communicate with local authorities and vendors under guidance from the site/project team.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions as scheduled by project leads.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Managing Committee members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HSC passed or Graduate with 2+ years of experience; preference for candidates with office administration experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly relay client matters to the site and project teams.
  • Willingness to learn and support team members proactively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
