Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer handling
• Inbound call center, domestic calls
• Attending all the emergency calls
• Coordinating with the ambulance drivers
• Should be able to work under high pressure
• Willing to work in night shifts (Males preferably)
• Basic computer knowledge should be able to type well.
