Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for an Operations Manager who will provide services and be a mediator between the clients and service provider.
To understand the offerings provided by the service providers and document the services as per the company protocols
Responsible for coordination with digital marketing agency and website provider and ensure all the offerings are communicated
Responsible for replying to all the inquires and leads which are generated through all marketing channels
Responsible for ensuring that the service booked is delivered seamlessly by the service providers.
Enroll and register Pandits, Astrologers, Yoga and Meditation practitioners, Vastu experts, Ayurveda experts as service providers.
It's a one stop shop for all home related services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for an Operations Manager with excellent communication
Must have worked on US platforms
Be a mediator between the client and service provider
Hands on knowledge of excel and PPT
Min 3-5 years experience
Aptitude with strong analytical skills is essential.
Execution oriented - getting things done on ground. Must have a go-getter attitude.
Passionate and owns up proactively.
