Roles & Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in business processes, recommending solutions for improvements. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights that drive decision-making. Cross-Sector Exposure: Leverage your experience working across various sectors to provide tailored solutions and perspectives that cater to different business models. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business teams, IT departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and reports. Solution Implementation: Support the implementation of business solutions by collaborating with project managers and development teams. Risk & Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analysis to identify potential risks and dependencies associated with project changes. Soft Skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst across multiple sectors (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.). Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Excel, MS Visio). Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
