With 11-50 employees, we strive to provide innovative and efficient IT services to our client Roles & Responsibilities: Designing, coding, testing, and debugging Java-based applications Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and technical issues Optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Soft Skills Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer or in a similar role Strong proficiency in Java programming language Experience with web development using HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Knowledge of Hibernate framework for object-relational mapping Familiarity with Docker containers and container orchestration Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework Working knowledge of Servlets and REST APIs Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
