Job Summary Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Zithas Technologies. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our business. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and be passionate about driving sales and building relationships with potential clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients Proficient in using lead generation tools and software Knowledge of current market trends and industry insights Self-motivated and target-oriented individual Ability to work independently as well as in a team Soft Skills Requirements Conduct research to identify potential leads and target market segments Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media strategies Build and maintain a database of leads and client information Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results
