We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and our commitment to professional development. We are currently seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development. Soft Skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with server-side rendering. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud services. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
