- Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.
- Crafting, sending and following up recruiting emails
- Sourcing & interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
- Communicating with past candidates/applicants for informing about new opportunities
- Identifying and screening potential candidates using sourcing methods
- Organizing and conducting online interviews.
- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- Managing the company s candidate database.
