Job Summary

Zycus is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns on both the paid and organic digital marketing front. He/she should be well versed with all aspects of content marketing. The person will work with different regional Go-to-market teams as well as product marketing to build and execute the organic and paid marketing campaigns intended to increase awareness and engagement with our target accounts eventually leading to increased business.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute new strategic digital marketing initiatives at Zycus.
  • Define social positioning, strategy, and creative to strengthen the Zycus brand presence on social media & contributing to brand awareness via organic sources
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Generate monthly content asset calendars & promotions.
  • Create and disseminate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports both on our own social strategy, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Strategize and Execute Paid Campaigns on different channels Should have an experiment-oriented mindset looking to discover new avenues of targeting and channels
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Should look at data and analytics at regular intervals with the aim of optimizing campaigns
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Collaborate with the different product marketing teams to ensure that personalized assets are created for the different target accounts which are engaging and enable conversion across the buying funnel.
  • Utilize the complete toolbox for a modern digital marketer
  • Create quarterly marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate opportunity close and expansion
  • Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to refine and enhance outcomes to hit KPI targets like inquiries, MQL, and sales active pipeline
  • Track, measure & report on all campaign activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved account research, audience identification, content marketing, and streamlined processes
  • Reconcile all marketing tactics to the marketing budget and manage initiatives to maximize the ROI

Requirements


  • MBA from Tier I B-School
  • 5+ years experience working in the digital marketing.
  • Understanding of different digital marketing functions such as paid advertising, SEO, Social media marketing, content marketing and other digital marketing concepts. Ideally, would have some point worked in all of these.
  • Experience in working in a digital marketing role in a B2B environment and preferable in a marketing agency.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot & additional marketing technologies would be preferred though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with the information technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams.
