Job Description:

Zymr is seeking a skilled Content Writer to help drive our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for transforming technical content into engaging narratives that connect with our audience. By finding opportunities to improve the customer journey, you will create compelling marketing materials that generate demand and build our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging, clear, and SEO-optimized content, including blogs, articles, website copy, and marketing collaterals.
  • Support content needs for technical topics such as DevOps, AI, testing, cloud, and digital transformation.

Content Support for Campaigns:

  • Write engaging social media posts, email campaigns, and landing page copy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns and is delivered on time.

SEO & Best Practices:

  • Write with SEO principles in mind, balancing keyword optimization and user experience.
  • Understand audience personas to align content with their specific journeys and needs.

Editing & Research:

  • Research and simplify complex technical concepts for a global audience.
  • Ensure content is error-free, well-structured, and consistent with Zymr s brand tone.

Cross-team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align content goals with larger campaigns and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in content writing, ideally within technology or software services.
  • Strong command of American English and excellent storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, digital content trends, and audience-targeting strategies.
  • Experience in writing both technical and business-oriented content.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities.
