Job Summary
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle customer queries and complaints via various channels
  • Approach and resolve the queries and issues with a customer-centric attitude
  • Offer exceptional customer experience and delight
  • Adhere to the set SLA and TAT
  • Achieve a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
  • Demonstrate the right attitude with the right tonality in all customer interactions
  • Help to analyze and build processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Any UG degree
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills on multiple mediums (Chat, email, phone)
  • A quick learner
  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure and time constraints
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Located in Bangalore

Required - Good command over Hindi & English Fluently

Experience Required :

0 to 5 Years
