Job Summary
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer queries and complaints via various channels
- Approach and resolve the queries and issues with a customer-centric attitude
- Offer exceptional customer experience and delight
- Adhere to the set SLA and TAT
- Achieve a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
- Demonstrate the right attitude with the right tonality in all customer interactions
- Help to analyze and build processes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Any UG degree
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills on multiple mediums (Chat, email, phone)
- A quick learner
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure and time constraints
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Located in Bangalore
Required - Good command over Hindi & English Fluently
