Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and drive business growth for our digital marketing services, utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a key tool. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, establishing relationships, and converting leads into customers.

  • 1. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential clients for our digital marketing services.
  • 2. Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
  • 3. Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads.
  • 4. Initiate outreach efforts through LinkedIn messages, emails, and other appropriate channels to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • 5. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our digital marketing solutions.
  • 6. Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and messaging, to generate leads and set up meetings.
  • 7. Understand client requirements and work closely with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • 8. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation techniques.
  • 9. Communicate and articulate the value proposition of our digital marketing services to potential clients.

Requirements

  • 1. Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • 2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its features, with the ability to leverage its functionalities to generate leads and drive sales.
  • 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence effectively.
  • 4. Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals.
  • 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • 6. Strong networking and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • 7. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • 8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • 9. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, trends, and strategies is highly desirable.
