Job Responsibilities: Act as a Delivery Leader for Security Operations Centre (24 X 7 SOC) Practice, the candidate will be responsible to manage the SOC practice including SOC team members and customers. The position will also be responsible to build project plans for new implementations, Proof of Concepts for new prospective customers. Manage New Project Implementations of new SOC customers, interact with customers and implementation teams. Manage shift rosters, manage team for 24 X 7 SOC monitoring practice. Maintain customer delivery tracker, trackers to ensure timely delivery of SOC Scope for various customers. Handle SOC customers, queries, service requests, escalations and deliverables Track deliverables for SOC function for existing customers Ensure that required team structure for monitoring operations is in place and proactively work replacements and additional man-power considering new customer onboarding. Identify gap areas in the current processes, recommend improvements Undergo training in SIEM tools, Security Products such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, to acquire technical understanding of SOC Architecture and Operations Requirements 4-6 yrs Experience in Service Delivery or Project Delivery Prior experience in handling large teams Excellent analytical, multitasking, customer handling and presentation skills Understanding of Cyber Security or IT Security Operations will be an added advantage
