Job Description I am hiring HR Recruiter-Non IT (full time)! Employer: 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (https://www.2coms.com/) Job Location: New Alipore, Kolkata Work Schedule: 3 days work from office in a week & rest days work from home ( temporarily) Responsibilities: The ideal candidate should have zeal to grow in the technical/ non-technical recruitment world. Would be responsible for technical/ non technical recruitment process. Responsible to understanding and analyzing the requirements in different technical skill set categories. Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with the recruitment process. Should be responsible for handling the end to end recruiting process. Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc. Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources in time. Recruitment should be a passion and should have built different new technical competencies. Apart from job portals, use Creative sourcing methods like Linked-In, meetups, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking, etc. Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills. Should be available to join sooner upon selection. Requirements Qualification- any graduate Very good English communication skill ( spoken & written). Experience: At least 1 year experience of Non IT recruitment (experience in sales hiring is preferred) Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
