Job Summary

The HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The HR Recruiter also contributes to employer branding efforts and helps maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.

Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for initial interviews.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the selection process.

Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as required.

Conduct background checks and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.

Provide feedback to hiring managers and make recommendations on candidate suitability.

Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal considerations in recruitment.

Assist in developing and maintaining an effective employer branding strategy.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit accurately.

Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.

Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in Human Resources

Experience using social media and professional networks for recruitment purposes.

Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.



Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Bengali
