Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Artelus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge ophthalmological products and solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
Identify and engage potential clients within the ophthalmological and healthcare sectors.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Artelus products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Strong understanding of ophthalmology and eye care products is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
