Job Description: Record all accounting transactions in the ERP/ accounting software used by the company Maintaining proper paperwork for all the financial transactions. Review and process the transactions in line with the company s policies. Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses. Keeping all the documents updated for reference of management or auditors. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings reconciled accounts payable and receivable. Providing monthly GST working. Raising sales and services invoices. Implementing financial tools and other IT tools which helps in proper recording and maintaining the information used in the business. Skills & Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role High attention to detail Strong spreadsheet skills Experience working in accounting software (Zoho Books is a plus) Commercial awareness Excellent communication and presentation skills Dynamic and highly organised Part qualified or equivalent (accountancy or finance qualification)
