Project Manager Job in Aarav Unmanned Systems

Responsibilities: Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements of our clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
