Job Summary


We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Business Analyst for Strategic Sales (STS) in Salesforce Practice focusing on Strategic Sales module (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud). In this role you will be responsible for business analysis and cooperation with various internal and external teams delivering changes for the Salesforce Platform. This position will be reporting to Salesforce Practice STS Service Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Fit/Gap analysis and design of Business Requirements for Releases and Projects on Salesforce Platform.
  • Leading, defining or consulting the overall solution design of assigned area in Strategic Sales (Account / Lead / Opportunity / Communities) & integrations with External Systems.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to functional design.
  • Providing expertise to Business Process Owners, operation support or project teams.
  • Cooperating with Solution Architects to ensure consistent design of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Cooperating with Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of respective area in Strategic Sales.
  • Supporting Business Process Owners on business requirements and performing business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for supporting decisions for new or changed IS solution/services.
  • Collecting, documenting and reviewing business requirements coming into Salesforce Platform.
  • Providing a good understanding of product and Business Process Owner needs, transparency and continual engagement.
  • Understanding the customer journey and business value realization.
  • Ensuring functional specification from project teams supports an overall solution design.
  • Sharing solution design principles and architecture with business stakeholders.
  • Leading continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realization.
  • Preparing training materials for new / improved functionalities, deliver Train The Trainer sessions.

Your background

  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce is a must.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Salesforce Communities, experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
  • Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development team spread around the world.
  • Experience with preparation of training materials / leading TTT sessions.
  • Experience in leading project workshops is a plus.
  • Salesforce certification, at least Administrator.
  • Apttus/Conga knowledge / experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of process design and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of project related documentation.
  • Customer focused attitude, problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, Fluent English.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
