Job Summary
Job DescriptionCompany - PMC in railways & metro rail projects
Business Unit Head's primary responsibility is to ensure that the business unit is meeting goals (P&L role) that contribute to the overall success of the company.
The responsibility of the BU Head (Railways & Metros) is to ensure implementation of company's expansion strategy, do business development in Railways and Metros sectors, achieve successful project execution and financial targets for the sector.
He will be instrumental in evaluating bid feasibility and subsequently approving the project budget. BU Head will lead multiple project execution teams and will be responsible for the operational and commercial progress of the projects. He must engage with Clients on a regular basis to understand expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Main KRAs:
Business development for the Railways & Metros.
Bid outcome and project finalization
Improve BU s revenues, profitability, and cash-flow
Project mobilization
Project execution
Ensure and monitor Clients satisfaction by ensuring delivery if high-quality reports/ deliverables.
Team engagement and retention
Candidate Eligibility:
Graduate in Engineering in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical plus postgraduate in Finance/Engineering) having 20+yearsin a techno-commercial role in Railways/Metro Rail sector
