Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and document business requirements as per Statement of Work.
- Map business requirements to NetSuite features and identify the gaps to list customization or business process changes.
- Design of interfaces, custom reports, workflows and dashboards.
- Perform functional, integration and system testing.
- Conduct functional Review meetings, CRP, UAT with the customers.
- Involvement of Customer stakeholders at appropriate intervals to avoid any surprises during reviews and signoffs.
- Production and go-live support.
