Job Summary

Job Description Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Enterprise Account Manager, or relevant role Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account engagement matters. Proficient in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, resulting in upselling and new business. Able to Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Proficient in developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Work with delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Able to focus on revenue target. Monitor account performance and customer P&L Track account-level performance and adjust behaviors to hit targets. Ensure accurate and timely submission of customer promotional contracts. Atleast 4 to 5 years experience in enterprise selling. Awareness of advanced analytics, analytics, big data and cloud technologies Experience in working with Fortune 500 companies Experience with Retail/CPG preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Skill in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) At least 50% Travel mandatory
