Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team remotely. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities within the IT industry, particularly focusing on online bidding and outsourcing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for driving growth in a remote setting. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, networking, and outreach. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base within the IT sector. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and virtual meetings. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches and presentations for potential clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, particularly in the realm of outsourcing. Stay updated on IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies specific to IT outsourcing services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. 6 months to 6 years of proven experience in a business developmentor sales role within the IT industry, specifically in online bidding and outsourcing. Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies in a remote work environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new IT products and services. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the IT industry. Advanced degree in Business, IT, or related field.
