Management Level :11 Work Experience :2.5-4 years Work location :Bengaluru Must Have Skills : Good To Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Eliciting business requirements from client b:Gather data modeling related requirements and apply data modeling design concepts c: Understand Conceptual, Logical and Physical data model layers d:Work with project leads to capture scope and vision e:Gather requirements via workshops, storyboards, use cases, etc f:Document functional requirements, create test scenarios and test cases g:Understand business needs-based prioritization of requirements - Technical Experience : a:Knowledge of data modeling tools like ERWIN, ER/Studio, Navicat, Toad, etc b:Well versed with latest developments in technology, c:Exposure and ability to have keen insights into technical issues Professional Attributes : a:Working in team with other business/system analysts b:Excellent communication skills c:Strong foundation experience of requirements process understanding Educational Qualification : a:Graduate / Post-Graduate with 3 years of experience in related field Additional Information : Helping PC and Life insurers transform through innovative business and operating models for customer
