Job Summary

Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Manager- Talent Management - this role will develop, implement and drive human resources solutions for multiple departments, facilities and functions. In partnership with customers and HR teammates, the HR Business Partner will also work to integrate HR strategy with business strategy, build and implement leadership and management capability, support effective performance management, and ensure optimal organizational alignment and employee engagement.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs and provide guidance to business to make appropriate decisions. This includes partnership with business leaders on promotions, transfers, new hires and other people related decisions.

2. Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring.

3. Be the Employee Engagement champion by designing and driving focused culture building and wellness initiatives to build morale, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity, improve retention and creating a sense of belonging.

4. Maintain awareness of the company culture, business plans, financial position, and competition. Analyse business trends, its impact on people metrics to diagnose, develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and/or avoid future ones.

5. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues as per the Eagleview defined processes. Conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary. Manage complex employee-relations issues, supporting formal appeals and hearings while simultaneously coaching the relevant managers on Employee Relations best practices.

6. Identify training needs and create or procure professional development curriculum in partnership with Eagleview India s L&D Lead, implement the necessary Business Unit Learning plans.

7. Drive compliance across businesses, collaborate with appropriate groups such as Legal department to gather information, address concerns proactively and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas.

8. Proactively recommend best HR practices to leadership based on market research and benchmarking studies.

Skills & Requirements

Work Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree; or 8 year and a Master s degree; or equivalent work experience. Typical range is 8-12 years.

Previous experience in HR Business partnering, or employee relations a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
