Job Summary
Project Role Description: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to maintaining quality and using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately define client issues and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Key Skills: Must-Have Skills: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Experience Requirements: Minimum Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required. Educational Qualification: Requirement: 15 years of full-time education. Summary: In this role, you will be the interface between the client and the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator application, handling client issues and offering resolutions based on your expertise in the product. You will be committed to maintaining the quality of the system and ensuring smooth operation through excellent communication and technical support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Experience with Sterling File Gateway: Proficient in managing and supporting file transfer systems, especially Sterling File Gateway, Secure+, Connect Direct, and Unix/Linux environments. Troubleshooting & Resolution: Resolve issues related to Sterling File Gateway, Secure+, Connect Direct, and Unix/Linux systems. Problem Tracking & Root-Cause Analysis: Perform problem tracking and conduct root-cause analysis for issues encountered. Service Ticket Management: Investigate and respond to service tickets in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions. Flexible Shifts: Willingness to work in flexible shifts and as part of a support structure. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Banking or financial services experience is a plus. Service Management Tools: Experience with Service Now is preferred. Mainframe Knowledge: Experience with Mainframes ISPF and Changeman Package creation. Additional Information: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is required. The position is based in Bengaluru. 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
