Job Summary

Job Description: Pivotal role in Accolite s finance organization focused on operational excellence in Procure to Pay function. Opportunity to work very closely with PMO, Operations, Business Leadership and Other Finance teams. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for invoicing and payments for Americas, EMEA and APAC. Invoice processing with 100% accuracy and agreed timelines. Handle all kind of critical invoices in the process including Vendor invoices, Credit card payments, Employee travel and expenses, and Others in Oracle Fusion. Perform Bank reconciliation after payment processing and ensure no discrepancies. Knowledge on Fixed Assets, Prepaid, Accrual, Provision, Trail Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet topics. Ability to be a subject matter expert in end-to-end accounts payable and act as backup for others in the process. Identify and suggest process improvement ideas. Maintaining error tracker and follow-up for escalation. Ad-hoc activities as assigned by team lead or direct manager. Job Requirements: Bachelor s degree in commerce, MBA, CA Inter, or any relevant discipline. Should have working knowledge of USGAAP. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable Ability to learn and evolve as a subject matter expert. Good invoice accounting and supporting knowledge. Good communication skills - both verbal and written Meticulous, accurate, detail oriented and good follow-up skills Good command over Microsoft suite. Knowledge on Oracle R12 / Fusion is an added advantage. Flexible to work in any shift hours or extended hours.
