Job Description

Strong front end developer with Angular experience Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of front end development and Angularin Application Development. One of the latest
versions of Angular is preferred but at least Angular 7+. As the UI Developer, you will be tasked with creating a proof of concept to present to the business and then head up the development effort.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Participate in lead generation strategies.
• Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Document all interactions in a secure portal and maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to advertise products more successfully.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of company technology landscape
• Ability to demo solution from a functional perspective
• Manage relationships with sales counterparts of our partners
• Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• Experienced in enterprise software selling or
• Experienced in managing enterprise software customers
• Managing Customer journey in Salesforce
