Job Summary

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

    • B2B campaign strategy and planning, budgeting and execution across North America, Europe and APAC markets

    • Experience in handling and optimising large-budget campaigns to maximise the conversion rate

    • Brand marketing, solution marketing, technology/SaaS-based product marketing and platform marketing

    • Demand generation and performance marketing Google CPC, CPM, A/B testing, audience targeting, Google performance max campaigns, LinkedIn, Twitter, and strong experience across other leading campaigns platforms

    • Paid social media marketing using Google paid campaigns platform across search, display and video marketing

    • Email marketing and database marketing using HubSpot automation and campaign modules

    • Lead generation and lead nurturing, email marketing

    • SEO and SEM, social media marketing and lead generation.

    • Biddable media and programmatic advertising (good to have)

    • Marketing automation and campaign tag management

    • Marketing analytics and CRM reporting

    • Stakeholder management

    • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

    Solution campaign planning and execution

    • Assist in the development of compelling, end-to-end search and display marketing campaigns aligned with Acuity s growth strategy, working closely with the Marketing, Sales, business unit and Technology teams to create demand for new business and engage renewed interest from existing clients

    • Coordinate and support campaigns, including Google paid advertisements, and LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns

    • Analyse the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for improvement

    • Implement campaign optimisation techniques to improve lead quality and volume. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends in paid media

    • Co-ordinate with the Google and LinkedIn tech support teams for campaign trouble shooting and performance improvement

    • Own campaign performance reporting, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel to assess and optimise performance and update key stakeholders

    • Engage hands-on with our marketing automation platform (Marketo) to set up, deploy and analyse campaign activities

    • Have hands-on experience in email marketing using marketing automation or email marketing tools

    Marketing automation, analytics and reporting

    • Marketing automation utilise marketing automation to drive brand awareness and brand recall

    • Hands-on experience in HubSpot, Marketo or any other marketing automation tools is an added advantage

    • Analytics and driving ROI advanced campaign data analysis and reporting by closely monitoring campaign data, analytics, measuring ROI and suggesting areas in which optimise it

    Social media marketing

    • Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand and visibility on social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

    • Make optimum use of social media platforms to generate leads, create conversations and generate touchpoints in the addressable market

    • Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media strategy and budgets

    New ideas and innovation

    • Demonstrate leadership in new ideas that instil greater process efficiency and effectiveness in marketing

    • Learn and deploy marketing best practices across events, online media, social media, branding and PR to bring about efficiency and improvement in marketing processes
