Job Summary
JOB PURPOSE :
To support the company business by In house powder coating of the sheet metal parts.
RESPONSIBILITES :
- Managing end to end paint shop operations.
- Process control of shot blasting & powder coating
- Operating process and parameters of Powder Booth
- Daily Plan execution
- Regular and Preventive maintenance of paint shops equipment and spare management.
- Inventory management.
- Maintain Paint shop LAB with regular testing
- Training team members on the process
- Ensure health & safety norms
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Person should have deeply knowledge about the paint shop:- powder booth , shot blasting , general maintenance ..etc
- Knowledge of the testing Instruments :-SST, Impact Tester, TTR ,Gloss meter, DFT, Bend Test, Cross Hatch testeretc
- Sound knowledge of the SAP & MS Office
- Understanding of powder chemistry.
- Manpower planning and handling
- Knowledge of the improvement process 5s / Kaizen / Poka-Yoke / 3M / 4M / 7QC Tools / WI / SOP /PST/ OEE Calculation
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACADEMICS :
EDUCATION : Diploma in Mechancial
Work Experience : 3-4 Years
