Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst + Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both supporting business growth and managing key client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for IT solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage the implementation of IT solutions.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to retain and grow client business.

Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure project scope, timeline, and budget are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and make recommendations for project improvements.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a business analyst and account management role, with a focus on IT services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Females preferred.
