• Must have knowledge in Server/PC hardware, Networking, Linux, Virtualization, Security, VPN.
• Must have good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must have soft kills like Strong analytical , Problem-solving skills, Project Management, Team leadership, Ability to take pressure.
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise applications, Server image backup & restore, quick troubleshooting skills for network, software & hardware issues & should be result-oriented.
• The company operation is 100% online as sales team use ERP from morning 8am to 8pm and hence you have to ensure its availability always on.
