Job Summary
Role Overview: The Sr. Analytics Business Partner will focus on supporting India-specific needs within Adobe s Employee Experience organization while also engaging in global projects. This role will involve building strong relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders to guide data-driven decision-making in alignment with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRBPs, HR COEs, and other leaders, building deep relationships to ensure alignment between business needs and analytics. Consulting & Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to understand priorities and provide actionable insights based on analytics, research, and HR trends. Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct complex data analyses and present insights that drive business decisions, ensuring clarity and impact for non-analytical audiences. Data Privacy & Confidentiality: Champion proper data handling practices to maintain confidentiality and privacy standards. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the People Analytics team, including data science, research, and business intelligence, to transform business requirements into technical reporting/BI solutions. Communication & Reporting: Author presentations and reports to communicate insights and business context, influencing action and alignment with HR initiatives. Required Qualifications: Experience: 12+ years in HR, with a focus on People Analytics or consulting. Experience working with HRBPs and senior leadership is a must. Expertise: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in I/O psychology or related fields, with solid understanding of HR functions, challenges, and best practices. Technical Skills: Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis. Expertise in statistical and analytical methods, including forecasting models and insights generation. Storytelling & Communication: Strong competency in presenting data-driven insights in an easily understandable and actionable manner, maintaining integrity of results. Certifications: HR Analytics Certification (preferred).
