Job Summary
  • Responsible to plan, assign, review and train team members for successfully completing their operations
  • Ensures that monthly deliverables for clients are on time and error free
  • Is able to set process and procedure for the team to deliver client output on time.
  • Reviews teams periodically and motivates them to work as per SLA s set
  • Handles any queries/issues raised by clients
  • Identify areas where process improvements can be made to improve the productivity of the team
  • Should ensure that the automated process and technology improvements are tested on time and implemented.
  • Complete owners of all process that the team handles for their clients and for the members growth & progress
  • Comply with the standard operating norms of the organization IMS, QMS and ISMS procedures.
